How can a PFA matter affect other family issues?

While a PFA matter can overlap with custody, it should not be used as leverage in a custody dispute. The underlying facts of a PFA can still be relevant in a custody matter, depending on the facts and circumstances of the case. PFA's can also impact housing, even for custodial parents.

What should I prepare for our first conversation?

A short outline of your concerns and the questions you want to ask is a helpful starting point. Let the office know about any upcoming court dates or deadlines. We can discuss which documents may be useful when arranging your consultation.

Where is your office?

We do not have a central office. We are a discreet, mobile family law firm serving the greater Philadelphia region and Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties. To protect your privacy and provide convenience, we hold consultations at secure, confidential executive meeting spaces local to you, or entirely via Zoom. Meetings are by appointment only, with in-person and Zoom options available.

Does contacting the firm make me a client?

Contacting us does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until the firm has confirmed that it can represent you and advised you on how to share it.
